Catherine Marrash Weber, President of Green Room Talent, founded the firm in 2007. Catherine spent the first 14 years of her career in project management and recruiting roles in financial services, at Commodities Corp. and then Goldman Sachs. She then moved into the advertising industry as Director of HR at Euro RSCG (now Havas) Worldwide. After 7 years there Catherine moved to SS+K to establish that growing agency’s first formal HR/Talent department and helped build the agency’s reputation and nascent growth by recruiting top talent. In addition to her skill and experience in developing human resources infrastructure, talent acquisition initiatives and training programs for highly successful companies, Catherine has a proven track record of successfully identifying, attracting and retaining key talent within the marketing communications industry, as an HR executive and as an accomplished executive recruiter.

Louise Weber has spent 25 years working in the heart of the entertainment industry, most recently as Senior Vice President of Production and Business Affairs at Willis Brothers Films. She was instrumental in managing productions of feature films, running the daily business of the company and the development of scripts. Louise brings a wealth of experience gained by working on more than 50 movies distributed by 20th Century Fox, Walt Disney Studios, Warner Bros, Sony Pictures and other major studios. She hired and oversaw industry talent and managed dozens of corporations affiliated with the entertainment conglomerate including international hotel interests, nightclubs, restaurants, commercial and residential real estate holdings. Louise’s keen business savvy and warm interpersonal skills aligns perfectly with Green Room Talent’s reputation for attracting and placing exceptional industry-agnostic talent.
